Want Personal Training or Coaching, but can’t afford it?

We have a solution!

 

At Studio One, we are always trying to discover new ways to help our members achieve their fitness goals.  We wanted to introduce a new program—Semi-Private Fitness Coaching—that will begin June 1st for those who are looking to “get out of the box” or those intimidated by either personal training or large group fitness classes.

 

You might want consider SEMI-PRIVATE FITNESS COACHING if…

  • You’re not getting quite the results you want from your regular workout

  • You want to give your fitness regime a blast of steam

  • You want to kick-start a weight loss program

  • You want more individualized attention than a group fitness class can offer

  • You want personal training but can’t afford the big price tag

 

Regular personal training rates can run as high as $100 per hour in some local gyms.  With Studio One’s Semi-Private Fitness Coaching, you get more individualized attention at a discounted rate.  Twelve sessions for just $329.  That’s less than $30 per session.  This Month-to-Month Training Program with Russ Pullen, Head Personal Trainer  includes:

  • Twelve (12) one-hour 6AM fitness sessions three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)

  • Nutritional Counseling including a 60-minute nutritional orientation

  • Food Prep Workshop Packet to help plan and prepare your meals

  • Assistance in supplementation

  • Guaranteed no more than four (4) participants per session

  • Training in correct form and fitness safety

  • No long term contracts

  • Food and exercise journal

  • Individualized exercise program at the conclusion of the month to keep you on track
