"My Story"
INSPIRATION! It's one of the primary sources of MOTIVATION. And
let’s face it—many of us often need a little motivation to work out
consistently. Because of this, we'd like to introduce a few friends who have
become an inspiration for all of us in their hard work, perseverance, and
personal victories in their wellness journey. Some of these clients started
their wellness walk with Russ Pullen, our lead
trainer and instructor, and are still being trained by him. Others started on
their own but needed a little extra help and turned to Russ to help them achieve

"I have known and trained with Russ Pullen for
approximately six (6) years. In 1998, I joined a gym in which Russ taught
cardio-kickboxing classes and was the personal trainer. One day I decided to
take the kickboxing class, knowing I would probably die, as I had not done ANY
type of exercise in years. Although for a long time I couldn’t make it through
an entire class, eventually I did. Russ’ sense of humor and encouragement
made the class fly by, and the workout was worth it. Eventually I met with Russ
