THE BIG GYMS ARE TOO
LARGE AND CROWDED.
While the big gyms have an enormous sea of machines, they also have a sea of
people using them. Too often during peak hours, you end up spending most of your
precious time waiting for a treadmill or weight machine instead of exercising.
Plus, in a sea of machines and equipment, you can feel lost, alone and confused.
Where do I start? What machine does what? How do I work it?
In Studio One’s group fitness classes, you have an
instructor who leads you through proper form and specific activity, class after
class. Have a question? The instructor is right there.

BODY.
In the big gyms, once you sign on the dotted line, you disappear off
the staff’s radar. The front desk personnel often seem more interested in each
other than in meeting your needs.

Let’s face it, for many of us going to the gym is akin to going to
the dentist. Add to that most big gyms seem to be populated by a boatload of Ken
and Barbies whose sole purpose is to show off their perfectly nubile bodies.
